The Denman team is proud to be sending you this 19th Year Anniversary Thank You. Since 1987, Denman has been providing clients the sophisticated and personalized Benefit Plan consulting services you’ve come to expect and deserve. Your openness to innovation combined with our team’s expertise have directly translated to creative, cost effective and valued benefit plans of which you and your organization can be proud.
Reaching this milestone gives us an opportunity to thank our many thoughtful clients as well as our hard working vendors who contribute so much to our mutual successes. Our hats are off to all!
What lies ahead? That’s easy, the same superior, consistent results. The keys to our continued success in a demanding, ever-changing and competitive industry and the reason Denman has and will continue to perform at an Olympic Gold level may be easy to summarize but very hard to duplicate:

initiative and common sense drive our success

These attributes are embodied in Denman’s core values which are not just corporate hype or PR, they dictate how we operate. Operationally, two to four highly trained Denman team members are always jointly responsible to meet each client’s needs. This ensures depth, diversity, consistency and stability and accommodates natural change without effecting client service.
In addition, unlike many of our peers in larger firms that continually face the pressure of serving stockholders, the need to cross sell other services, the constant struggle to retain key staff, not to mention acquisitions and divestitures, we devote 100% of our considerable energy into crafting the next better idea to meet client needs.
So how might our competitors view Denman’s boutique firm? Perhaps as a candidate for acquisition? Or a rival they hope will go away when the founder retires? Not a chance! While 19 years may not qualify us for “senior” status in the Colorado business community, Denman is here for the long haul and has the team whose perseverance and skill ensures that we will be sending you or your successor (no, we will not bother you if you’ve retired by then) our 29th and 39th anniversary Thank You.
